Our Broker Denice came from San Diego to the Aguanga area in 2005 bringing her passion for large rural properties and determined to set a path for providing ethical Real Estate Services to the Mountain Community areas. After moving her 3 horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats to their new home and transferring her North County San Diego real estate career to the Aguanga area, the market promptly took a nose dive starting in 2006 which spanned several years. Although this crash devastated the area this never deterred Denice from pushing forward and growing her business in the community.
In 2011, Denice obtained her Broker License and opened her own real estate office locally with her sight set on expanding “Professional, Locally Knowledgeable and Reliable” Real Estate services throughout the Mountain Community areas. Denice brings vast professional experience to her clients. As a graduate of SDSU, a certified paralegal with USD, a Regional Manager for a large Pet Industry Corporation, and now a 17 year full time career in Real Estate, Denice has learned what it takes to set and achieve goals. Her clients find her dedication to their best interest unwavering and are often astonished at the level of service provided (“Do agents really do all that?” YES, Indeed!!!). Denice enjoys multiple passions including horses, dog rescue, her own personal dogs, and exploring off the grid mountain and desert areas with her closest friends, family and husband Glen.
